Qualifications

• College degree in Business, Sales or related field or equivalent experience
• Industry knowledge preferred but not required
• Must have valid driver's license, own reliable transportation, pass MVR, and meet insurance requirements
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
• Professional appearance and demeanor
• Superior time management and organization skills

Responsibilities

• Cultivate and manage customer relationships
• Utilize sales reports to recognize opportunities in buying patterns
• Make cold calls to prospective customers
• Schedule appointments with prospective customers
• Follow up with customers and provide solutions for service concerns
• Provide training to customers on product lines and services
• Assist customers in the credit application process
• Connect with customers to collect past-due bills and payments when necessary
