Hireology is seeking an Express Service Advisor to deliver exceptional customer service in a fast-paced dealership express lane. You will greet customers, document vehicle needs, and present service recommendations and invoices.

The role requires strong communication, multitasking, and organizational skills, along with a valid driver’s license. Experience in automotive service or dealership settings is preferred, with opportunities for growth and benefits included.

Qualifications

• Previous automotive dealership or customer service experience preferred.
• Automotive service advisor experience is a plus.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Professional appearance and positive attitude.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Basic understanding of automotive maintenance and repair.
• Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers promptly and professionally upon arrival.
• Conduct a thorough vehicle walk-around and document the vehicle’s condition.
• Listen to customers’ concerns and accurately document requested services.
• Recommend maintenance and services based on the vehicle’s mileage, condition, and manufacturer recommendations.
• Prepare accurate repair orders and communicate service recommendations clearly.
• Coordinate with express technicians to ensure work is completed accurately and efficiently.
• Monitor vehicle progress and provide customers with timely updates.
• Review completed services with customers and explain work performed.
• Present invoices and collect payment while ensuring accuracy.
• Maintain strong customer satisfaction and build long-term customer relationships.
• Follow dealership and manufacturer policies, procedures, and safety standards.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and professional service drive.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.
