Job summary

Fontana Chrysler, Dodge, Ram, Jeep is seeking an Express Service Advisor to be the central liaison between customers and technicians. You will listen to concerns, explain repairs, and keep customers informed, ensuring fast, accurate service and satisfaction.

The ideal candidate has a high school diploma or GED, some automotive training or experience, and at least one year of dealer-level or large facility experience, with a clean driving record.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; automotive training/experience preferred.
• At least one year of dealer-level or large facility experience.
• Unrestricted California driver's license with clean driving record required.
• ASE certification a plus; must be able to work in a fast-paced team.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary contact for express service needs between customers and technicians.
• Schedule service and communicate diagnosis and repair needs clearly to customers.
• Set and manage customer expectations for service delivery and turnaround times.
• Ensure documentation is complete and compliant with regulations and standards.
• Maintain high CSI through excellent customer service and communication.
• Demonstrate company values in interactions with customers and staff.
