RACCAR Automotive in Chandler, AZ, seeks a Service Express Advisor to be the primary contact for Express Service customers. You will greet customers, identify maintenance needs, prepare repair orders, and communicate service recommendations with professionalism.

The ideal candidate will manage multiple repair orders in a fast-paced environment, keeping customers informed of status and times. Prior dealership or customer service experience is preferred, along with a valid driver’s license.

Qualifications

• Previous automotive service advisor or express advisor experience preferred.
• Strong customer service and communication skills required.
• Ability to explain automotive maintenance clearly and professionally.

Responsibilities

• Greet Express Service customers promptly and professionally.
• Discuss concerns and determine maintenance and service needs.
• Prepare repair orders and document customer concerns and requested services.
• Review vehicle history and maintenance intervals to advise on service.
• Explain maintenance recommendations clearly and provide estimated completion times.
• Obtain customer authorization before additional services and keep customers informed.
