Job summary

Jeep, Chrysler, Dodge of Ontario is seeking an Express Service Advisor to be the main liaison between customers and technicians for express repair work.

You will handle scheduling, repair recommendations, and customer communication to ensure first-time-right service and timely delivery. A strong focus on customer service, teamwork, and a positive attitude is essential, with a schedule including weekdays and Saturdays.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; some automotive training or experience.
• Unrestricted California Driver's License and clean driving record.
• 1–2 years' dealer experience preferred.
• Excellent communication, customer service and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work well in a fast-paced team environment.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a high CSI by delivering exceptional customer service.
• Assist customers with express service needs for their vehicle.
• Schedule service in person or by phone for prompt diagnosis.
• Recommend repairs and manage delivery while setting accurate expectations.
• Ensure documentation is complete and compliant with regulations.
• Learn product updates and features to better assist customers.
