Job summary

Victory Automotive Group is seeking an Express Service Advisor in Fullerton, CA to act as the central communication hub between customers and technicians. You will schedule service, manage repairs, and ensure clear expectations are set for customers and technicians.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma or GED, strong customer service and communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced team environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• At least one year of dealer-level or large facility experience preferred.
• Unrestricted driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Strong communication skills and professional appearance.

Responsibilities

• Schedules service for customers in person or by phone to ensure prompt and accurate diagnosis.
• Follows up on repair status to ensure vehicle is ready when promised and obtains authorization for revised estimates.
• Makes repair recommendations and manages delivery of repairs by setting and managing customer expectations.
• Ensures all completed repairs have passed quality control and/or road tests.
• Maintains knowledge of vehicle operation, warranties, campaigns, and TSBs.
• Ensures service level targets are met or exceeded.
• Ensures documentation is complete and compliant with regulations and standards.
• Attends staff meetings, training, and educational classes as required.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
