Ideal candidates have a high school diploma or GED, dealership experience, strong customer service skills, and a willingness to learn. You will help maintain CSI, schedule services, and ensure proper documentation while delivering friendly, professional service in a fast-paced

Qualifications

• Ideal candidate has a high school diploma or GED with some post-secondary automotive training or experience.
• 2-3 years' auto dealership experience and a clean driving record.
• Broad automotive mechanical/electrical knowledge and ability to use dealership software (ADP/CDK).
• Excellent communication, customer service, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintain excellent CSI by delivering world-class customer service.
• Assist customers with service needs and schedule appointments for diagnosis and repairs.
• Explain repairs and manage customer expectations while ensuring documentation compliance.
• Assist in educating and training new staff; participate in meetings and trainings.
