Job summary

Lithia & Driveway in Corpus Christi is hiring an Express Lube Advisor. The role involves answering calls, greeting customers, explaining services and costs, and performing vehicle walk-arounds to assess needs. You will create repair orders, provide estimates, and secure approvals for additional work.

Strong customer service and data-entry accuracy are required. Qualified candidates should have a high school diploma or equivalent, a valid driver's license, and a clean driving record.

• Gain customer approval for services and propose a multi-point inspection.
• Create accurate repair orders using the ADP system.
• Provide accurate estimates and obtain approval for additional repairs.
• Dispatch repair orders and communicate with technicians throughout the process.
• Keep customers informed of repair status until completion.
• Process payments, deliver vehicles, and complete the Sales-to-Service handoff.
