Lithia Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram of Corpus Christi is seeking a Service Advisor to serve as the liaison between customers and technicians, ensuring clear communication of needs and repairs. A comprehensive training program supports new hires in this fast-paced automotive retail environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in a customer-facing role with a positive mindset.
• Must be a team player focused on exemplary customer service.
• Basic mechanical understanding of an automobile is helpful.
• Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record required.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the communicator between the customer and technician; ensure customer needs are understood by the technician and the needed repairs are understood by the customer.
• Develop estimates by costing materials, supplies, and labor; calculate customer payments, including deductibles.
• Prepare repair orders (RO), obtain approvals, and enter RO into the service database system.
• Communicate additional repair and service needs to the customer based on vehicle inspection.
• Administer the manufacturer warranty for qualifying vehicle repairs.
• Keep the customer informed of service specials, times, and expenses.
