Job summary

Lithia & Driveway is seeking Flat Rate Auto Technicians to diagnose and repair vehicles on-site at the Calallen dealership. You will perform repairs per repair orders, road-test vehicles, and document outcomes with a focus on safety and quality.

Qualifications

• High School graduate or equivalent; 18 years or older required.
• Service Technician experience.
• Automotive knowledge essential.
• Acceptable driving record and valid driver’s license in your state of residence.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose causes of malfunctions and perform repairs to Lithia and manufacturer standards.
• Perform repairs as outlined on repair orders with efficiency and accuracy.
• Road-test vehicles to verify repairs and test procedures.
• Accurately record time spent on repairs using company time clocking procedures.
• Document all work performed on repair orders and test results.
• Follow safety requirements and participate in continuous training.
