Job summary

Lithia & Driveway is seeking a Service Advisor at our Midland dealership to handle incoming calls, greet customers, assess needs, and quote repairs. You will write repair orders, dispatch to technicians, and maintain clear communications to ensure a smooth service experience.

Role requires strong attention to detail, urgency, and reliable math and computer skills. A high school diploma and valid driver’s license are required, with an emphasis on excellent customer service in a busy auto service

Qualifications

• High School graduate or equivalent, 18 years old or older required.
• Experience in customer service or dealership setting preferred.
• ADP system knowledge is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming calls professionally and greet customers.
• Identify and resolve customer concerns.
• Provide service estimates and explain costs.
• Write repair orders using ADP system.
• Dispatch orders to technicians and follow up with customers.
• Ensure complete handoff and delivery of the vehicle.
