Job summary

Qualifications

• High School graduate or equivalent.
• Strong communication skills are required.
• Must be able to type efficiently.
• Proficient with cost calculations.
• Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record.

Responsibilities

• Greet clients and determine the nature of their visit.
• Inform the Estimator of arrival and schedule appointments.
• Prepare PO's and invoices for repairs.
• Provide information to store personnel about client needs.
• Maintain waiting areas and refreshment stock.
