Job summary

Lithia Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram of Corpus Christi is hiring an Express Lube Advisor to join our service team in Corpus Christi, Texas. Ideal candidates have open availability to work any day or shift, greet customers, identify concerns, provide service recommendations, and create repair orders.

You will explain costs, estimate times, help customers with multi-point inspections, dispatch orders, and ensure smooth handoffs to technicians.

Qualifications

• Attention to detail.
• Typing – enter repair orders efficiently.
• Acceptable driving record and a valid driver's license.
• Customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming calls and follow telephone standards.
• Greet customers, identify their concerns, and recommend appropriate solutions.
• Explain required services, costs, and estimated completion times.
• Conduct a vehicle walk-around to assess customer needs.
• Gain customer approval for recommended services and offer a multi-point inspection.
• Create accurate repair orders using the ADP system.
• Provide accurate estimates, review inspection findings, and obtain approval for additional repairs.
• Dispatch repair orders efficiently and communicate with technicians throughout the repair process.
• Keep customers informed of their vehicle's repair status until completion.
• Process payments, deliver completed vehicles, and complete the Sales-to-Service customer handoff.
