Job summary

Intuit is seeking an Ops Excellence & Partnerships lead for the Expert Network COE to design and scale the workforce infrastructure that powers expert recruiting, onboarding, rostering, and governance.

You will partner with HR, workforce management, and business partners to establish an operating model from the ground up, shaping how experts are credentialed, rostered, and deployed across the organization.

Qualifications

• Design operational frameworks with complex dependencies and multi-team execution.
• Familiarity with rostering systems or workforce management tools is a plus.
• Experience designing governance frameworks and operating rhythms across HR, operations, and finance.

Responsibilities

• Design and govern COE's expert recruiting standards and evaluation framework.
• Own onboarding program design and rostering framework for the expert workforce.
• Lead Wave 2 build of portfolio PM functions and ensure COE has a seat at governance discussions.
• Serve as COE's guardrail on workforce management and scheduling decisions.
• Partner with Performance & Incentive Ops on upstream inputs for KPIs and incentives.
• Identify friction and drive simplifications to improve expert experience and efficiency.
