Job summary

Intuit Inc. is seeking an Ops Excellence & Partnerships lead for the Expert Network COE. You will design recruiting standards, onboarding, and rostering while guiding Wave 2 portfolio PM and workforce management frameworks to scale talent delivery across HR and operations partnerships.

This foundational role requires strategic ownership as the COE forms and expands. You’ll align HR, workforce management, and business partners to ensure experts are credentialed, rostered, and ready to deliver

Qualifications

• 5–7 years of experience in program management, HR operations, workforce operations, or related fields.
• Experience designing operational frameworks with complex system dependencies and multi-team execution.
• Familiarity with rostering systems, recruiting frameworks, or workforce management tools a plus.

Responsibilities

• Expert Recruiting Framework — Design and govern COE's expert recruiting standards, criteria, and evaluation framework.
• Onboarding & Rostering Design — Own the onboarding program design and rostering framework for the expert workforce, with complex system dependencies.
• Portfolio PM Wave 2 — Lead Wave 2 build of the portfolio PM functions, preparing in Year 1.
• WFM & Scheduling Liaison — Serve as COE's guardrail on workforce management and scheduling decisions.
• Performance & Incentive Operations Partnership — Collaborate on inputs for performance measurement and KPIs.
• Operational Excellence & Continuous Improvement — Identify friction and drive simplification.
