Job summary

Intuit is seeking an Ops Excellence & Partnerships lead within the Expert Network Center of Excellence. This role will design recruiting standards, onboarding and rostering frameworks, and align HR, operations, and business partners to build scalable workforce infrastructure.

The job focuses on establishing foundational operating models, driving governance, and delivering scalable processes for expert talent onboarding, rostering, and performance metrics.

Qualifications

• 5-7 years of experience in program management, HR operations, or workforce operations.
• Experience designing operational frameworks with complex system dependencies and multi-team execution.
• Familiarity with rostering systems, recruiting frameworks, or workforce management tools.

Responsibilities

• Design and govern COE's expert recruiting standards, criteria, and evaluation framework.
• Own the onboarding program design and rostering framework for the expert workforce.
• Lead Wave 2 build of the portfolio PM functions and ensure COE has a seat at governance discussions.
• Serve as COE's guardrail on workforce management and scheduling decisions.
• Partner with the Performance & Incentive Operations Leader on inputs for KPI and incentive benchmarks.
• Identify friction in existing frameworks and drive continuous improvement.
