Job summary

Intuit is seeking an Ops Excellence & Partnerships lead within the Expert Network COE to design and scale workforce infrastructure for expert professionals across HR, onboarding, rostering, and scheduling. You will help set standards, drive alignment with HR, and partner with business teams to ensure readiness and delivery quality at scale.

The role emphasizes cross-functional governance, operational rigor, and continuous improvement to support Intuit's customer-facing expert network.

Qualifications

• 5–7 years of experience in program management, HR operations, or workforce operations.
• Experience designing operational frameworks with complex dependencies.
• Familiarity with rostering systems or workforce management tools is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Design and govern COE's expert recruiting standards, criteria, and evaluation framework; coordinate with HR and hiring managers.
• Own onboarding program design and rostering framework for the expert workforce.
• Lead Wave 2 build of portfolio PM functions and ensure COE has a seat at governance discussions.
• Serve as COE's guardrail on workforce management and scheduling decisions.
• Partner on upstream inputs for performance measures and incentive design.
• Identify friction in existing frameworks and drive continuous improvement.
