Job summary

Intuit is seeking an Ops Excellence & Partnerships Lead within the Expert Network COE to design and govern recruitment and onboarding standards, rostering, and workforce processes at scale. You’ll drive governance with HR, operations, and partner teams to ensure experts are credentialed, rostered, and ready to deliver.

You will own the Wave 2 portfolio PM readiness, serve as the WFM liaison, and collaborate with Incentive Operations to align KPIs and rewards.

Qualifications

5–7 years of experience in program management, HR operations, workforce operations, or related fields.
Demonstrated experience designing operational frameworks with complex system dependencies and multi‑team execution.
Familiarity with rostering systems, recruiting frameworks, or workforce management tools a plus.

Responsibilities

Design and govern COE's expert recruiting standards and evaluation framework.
Own onboarding program design and rostering framework for the expert workforce.
Lead Wave 2 build of portfolio PM functions and ensure COE has a seat at governance discussions.
Serve as COE's guardrail on workforce management and scheduling decisions.
Partner with Performance & Incentive Operations on upstream inputs for KPI and incentive benchmarks.
Identify friction in existing frameworks and drive simplification and improvements.
