Job summary

Intuit, home to the Expert Network COE, seeks an Ops Excellence & Partnerships lead to build and scale workforce infrastructure. You will design recruitment standards, onboarding and rostering, and align HR, workforce management, and business partners to enable high-quality expert delivery.

In this foundational role, you will set the operating model while the COE stands up, with room to grow and impact across the organization. This position anchors processes in a fast-evolving environment.

Qualifications

• 5–7 years of experience in program management or HR/workforce operations.
• Experience designing operational frameworks with complex system dependencies.
• Familiarity with rostering systems or workforce management tools.

Responsibilities

• Design and govern expert recruiting standards and evaluation framework.
• Own onboarding program design and rostering framework for experts.
• Lead Wave 2 build of the portfolio PM functions and governance.
• Serve as guardrail on workforce management and scheduling decisions.
• Partner on inputs for performance measurement and incentives.
• Identify friction and drive continuous improvement in operations.
