Job summary

Intuit seeks an Ops Excellence & Partnerships lead to build the Expert Network COE. You will design recruiting standards, onboarding programs, and rostering for a tiered talent model, coordinating with HR, workforce management, and partner teams to keep experts qualified and ready for delivery.

You will establish foundational operating models as the COE takes shape, aligning across HR, operations, and business partners to scale the talent engine and maintain high customer impact.

Qualifications

• 5–7 years of program management or HR/workforce operations experience.
• Experience designing operational frameworks with complex dependencies.
• Familiarity with rostering systems and workforce management tools.

Responsibilities

• Design and govern expert recruiting standards and evaluation framework.
• Own onboarding design and rostering framework for expert workforce.
• Lead Wave 2 of portfolio PM functions and ensure governance alignment.
• Act as COE guardrail on workforce management and scheduling decisions.
• Partner on performance and incentive inputs and define quality benchmarks.
• Identify friction and drive continuous improvements in operating frameworks.
