Job summary

Intuit Inc. is seeking an Ops Excellence & Partnerships lead to build the workforce infrastructure for the Expert Network COE. You will design recruiting standards, onboarding programs, rostering, and governance across HR, operations, and finance to scale the expert workforce.

You will own the operating model as the COE stands up, providing strategic ownership and coordinating with HR and business partners to ensure a scalable, high-quality talent foundation for Intuit's expert workforce.

Qualifications

• 5-7 years of experience in program management, HR operations, workforce operations, or related fields.
• Familiarity with rostering systems, recruiting frameworks, or workforce management tools.
• Experience designing operational frameworks with complex system dependencies and multi-team execution.
• Ability to lead cross-functional partnerships across HR, operations, and finance.
• Strong governance and operating rhythms design skills.

Responsibilities

• Design and govern COE's expert recruiting standards, criteria, and evaluation framework.
• Own onboarding program design and rostering framework for the expert workforce.
• Lead Wave 2 build of the portfolio PM functions and ensure COE visibility at governance meetings.
• Serve as COE's guardrail on workforce management and scheduling decisions.
• Partner on upstream inputs for performance metrics, benchmarks, and standard work definitions.
• Identify friction in existing frameworks and drive simplification for expert experience and efficiency.
