Job summary

Intuit Inc. is building and scaling its Expert Network COE to design the frameworks that recruit, credential, and onboard tax professionals and financial experts. This role owns the operating model, aligns HR, operations and partners, and ensures experts are ready to deliver at scale.

You will drive foundational design now with room to grow, establishing governance and wave 2 dependencies to set up long-term success in a critical customer-facing organization.

Qualifications

• 5-7 years of experience in program management, HR operations, or workforce operations.
• Experience designing operational frameworks with complex dependencies and multi-team execution.
• Familiarity with rostering systems or workforce management tools is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Design and govern expert recruiting standards and evaluation framework.
• Own onboarding program design and rostering framework for expert workforce.
• Lead Wave 2 build of portfolio PM functions and ensure governance participation.
• Serve as COE's guardrail on workforce management and scheduling decisions.
• Partner with incentive operations on KPIs and standard work definitions.
• Identify friction and drive improvements to operational frameworks.
