Qualifications

• 5–7 years in program management, HR or workforce operations.
• Experience with large-scale seasonal hiring or service delivery ops.
• Ability to design and govern operational frameworks across multiple teams.

Responsibilities

• Design and govern the expert recruiting framework enabling scalable COE hiring.
• Own onboarding and rostering design to credential and roster the expert workforce.
• Lead Wave 2 portfolio PM work and ensure governance alignment.
• Serve as WFM liaison, guiding capacity planning and scheduling decisions.
• Partner on performance and incentive operations to align KPIs and benchmarks.
• Drive operational excellence by identifying friction and simplifying processes.
