Intuit, Inc. is seeking an Ops Excellence & Partnerships lead for the Expert Network COE in San Diego.

You will design and govern the expert recruiting standards, onboarding and rostering program, and collaborate with HR, operations, and finance to scale the talent platform for a mission-critical customer-facing organization. This foundational role launches with scope to grow, establishing the operating model as the COE stands up, and aligning multiple teams to deliver high-quality expert

Qualifications

• 5–7 years of experience in program management or HR/workforce operations.
• Experience designing operational frameworks with complex dependencies.
• Familiarity with rostering systems or workforce tools is a plus.
• Proven ability to build scalable governance across HR, operations, and finance.

Responsibilities

• Design and govern COE's expert recruiting standards and evaluation framework.
• Own onboarding program design and rostering framework for the expert workforce.
• Lead Wave 2 build of the portfolio PM functions and governance.
• Serve as COE's guardrail on workforce management and scheduling decisions.
• Partner on upstream inputs for performance measurement and KPI definitions.
• Identify friction and drive simplification for better expert experience.
