Job summary

Syms Strategic Group (SSG) is seeking a talented C# Developer - II for a fully remote, full-time position. The role requires 5+ years of experience developing enterprise-grade .NET applications, with a strong focus on back-end services, REST APIs, and CI/CD deployments.

You will work within the VA department on full-stack development, using Visual Studio, Azure DevOps, and Git, while applying best practices for scalability, security, and maintainability.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of software development experience using .NET technologies.
• Proficient in back-end development with MVC and .NET Core/C#.
• Strong knowledge of OOP concepts and design patterns.

Responsibilities

• Perform technical planning, requirements definition, and test planning for software systems.
• Develop .NET backend services, unit tests, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Collaborate with team in an Agile environment and participate in daily stand-ups.
• Ensure performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications.
• Mentor junior developers and promote best practices in code reviews.
