Job summary

Syms Strategic Group (SSG) is seeking a talented C# Developer - II for a 100% U.S.-based remote position within the Veterans Affairs (VA) department. The role requires five or more years of software development experience with .NET technologies, strong C#, and full-stack capabilities including RESTful APIs.

The candidate will work in an Agile environment, using Visual Studio, Azure DevOps, and CI/CD to deliver enterprise-grade applications.

Qualifications

• Five (5) or more years of experience in software development using .NET technologies.
• Experience designing, developing, and deploying enterprise-level applications.
• Knowledge of microservices architecture and containerization technologies.

Responsibilities

• Plan, define requirements, test planning and execution for software systems.
• Develop back-end services using C# in .NET, and ensure CI/CD pipelines.
• Participate in daily stand-ups as part of an Agile team.
• Collaborate with stakeholders on project requirements and design.
• Document software designs and provide code reviews and guidance.
