Educate customers with digital demonstrations and identify self-service opportunities.
Balance and process customer transactions accurately following Bank Policy.
Log and address customer complaints in the appropriate system.
Transition sales opportunities to the appropriate banking partner.
Complete branch operational activities (cash ordering, vault, ATM, wires).
Handle AML/KYC activities and comply with risk controls.
