• Educate customers through shoulder-to-shoulder digital demonstrations and promote self-service options.
• Engage in lobby management, greet customers, and address immediate needs.
• Accurately balance and process customer transactions following Bank Policy.
• Take ownership of escalated account services issues and log complaints in the system.
• Assist with branch operational activities (cash orders, vault, ATM, and wire transfers).
• Perform consumer AML/BSA/KYC activities and support risk controls.
