• Own escalated account service issues until resolution and log complaints.
• Assist in transitioning sales opportunities to banking partners.
• Complete branch operational activities (cash orders, vault, ATM, wires).
• Process customer/account maintenance accurately.
• Perform AML/KYC activities and adhere to risk controls.
