Job summary

T-Mobile USA, Inc. in Kapolei, HI seeks an Experience Associate Manager to lead teams in a new Experience store format, elevating service and sales while partnering with the Experience Store Manager.

The role focuses on delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving performance through coaching and certification programs. You will coach, train, and develop staff, stay current on products and tools, and cultivate a customer-obsessed culture that aligns with our Experience store promise

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Retail: 12+ months Neighborhood Retail Associate Manager preferred.
• Care: 12+ months Associate Coach preferred.

Responsibilities

• Sells appropriate products, features, and services based on customer needs.
• Resolves customer pain points in one interaction utilizing in-store systems and digital tools.
• Coach in all directions and provide actionable feedback that improves performance.
• Takes ownership of store performance.
• Lead by example in training completion and staying up to date on product and service knowledge.
