Job summary

T-Mobile USA, Inc. is hiring an Experience Associate Manager to lead a team in a new Experience store format, focusing on delivering exceptional customer service and driving sales with a product roadmap for the location.

You will coach team members, deepen product knowledge, and embrace new tools to resolve customer issues from research to resolution while maintaining a high service standard.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Retail experience preferred (12+ months).
• Demonstrated leadership and coaching abilities.

Responsibilities

• Sells appropriate products, features, and services based on customer needs.
• Resolves customer pain points in one interaction using in-store systems and digital tools.
• Coaches teammates and provides actionable feedback that improves performance.
• Takes ownership of store performance.
