T-Mobile’s Experience Associate Manager role in Hawaii’s Kapolei area focuses on elevating the customer experience in our new Experience stores. You’ll work with a team to deliver best-in-class service, lead associates, and implement training with a product roadmap built for these locations.

In partnership with the Experience Store Manager, you’ll coach, drive sales outcomes, and stay current on product knowledge while fostering a culture that rewards experience and store results.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED (Required)
• Retail: 12+ mos. Neighborhood Retail Associate Manager (Preferred)
• Care: 12+ mos. Associate Coach (Preferred)
• At least 18 years of age
• Legally authorized to work in the United States

Responsibilities

• Sells appropriate products, features, and services based on customer needs.
• Resolves customer pain points in one interaction utilizing in-store systems and digital tools.
• Coach in all directions and provide actionable feedback that improves performance.
• Takes ownership of store performance.
• Lead by example in training completion and staying up to date on product and service knowledge.
