T-Mobile’s Experience stores redefine retail service by blending high-touch sales with expert support. As an Experience Associate Manager, you will back Sr. Mobile Experts, lead teams through curated curricula, and help shape product roadmaps for these locations.

You will coach, train, and inspire to deliver the best customer experiences across both service and sales. The role requires at least a high school diploma and 12+ months in related retail leadership.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED required.
• Retail: 12+ mos. Neighborhood Retail Associate Manager preferred.
• Care: 12+ mos. Associate Coach preferred.

Responsibilities

• Sell appropriate products, features, and services based on customer needs.
• Resolve customer pain points in one interaction using in-store systems and digital tools.
• Coach in all directions and provide actionable feedback to improve performance.
• Take ownership of store performance.
• Lead by example in training completion and staying up to date on product and service knowledge.
