Job summary

T-Mobile is seeking an Experience Associate Manager to drive exemplary customer service and sales in our new Experience stores. You will coach teams, lead by example, and ensure up-to-date product knowledge while delivering outstanding customer experiences.

This role requires strong leadership, in-depth knowledge of product offerings, and the ability to motivate staff to achieve sales and service targets.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Retail: 12+ months experience.
• Neighborhood Retail Associate Manager, Care, Associate Coach preferred.

Responsibilities

• Sells appropriate products, features, and services based on customer needs.
• Resolves customer pain points in one interaction utilizing in-store systems and digital tools.
• Coach in all directions and provide actionable feedback that improves performance.
• Takes ownership of store performance.
• Lead by example in training completion and staying up to date on product and service knowledge.
