Qualifications

• Cosmetology license and/or cosmetology management license as required by state law.
• 2–3+ years fast-paced retail management experience.
• Strong leadership and guest service orientation.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of stylists, estheticians, guest coordinators, and boutique leads to deliver exceptional guest experience and drive sales.
• Drive top-line sales and profitability through services, boutiques, retail, makeup, and guest satisfaction.
• Ensure compliance with Ulta Beauty policies, dress code, scheduling and store tasks; manage attendance.
