The role requires a drive for results, beauty industry passion, and the ability to lead, influence, and develop a team across makeup, skincare, boutiques, and services.

Qualifications

• 2–3+ years relevant, fast-paced retail management work experience.
• Financial management: drive top-line sales, interpret reporting data, manage payroll budgets.
• Cosmetology management: advanced services knowledge, guest experience, product attachment.
• Retail management: monitor inventory, drive service culture, execute directives.
• Leadership management: attract, develop, motivate talent, lead through change.

Responsibilities

• Promote a culture of accountability to meet or exceed store goals for services, boutiques, retail sales, and loyalty.
• Drive profitability through operational excellence, top-line growth, and expense control.
• Use forecasting and payroll data to optimize schedules and productivity.
• Coach direct reports to develop clientele and improve guest experience.
• Lead makeup, skincare demonstrations to drive sales and guest satisfaction.
