Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree is preferred.
• Cosmetology license and/or cosmetology management license required by state law when applicable.

• Promote a culture of accountability to meet or exceed store goals for services, boutiques, and retail.
• Drive profitability through top-line sales and expense control.
• Leverage forecast and payroll budgets to support scheduling and maximize productivity.
