Job summary

Ulta Beauty is seeking an Experience Manager to lead a team of stylists, estheticians, guest coordinators, and boutique leads. You will be accountable for guest experience, services, and retail sales across salons, boutiques, makeup, and guest satisfaction, driving NPS and top-line growth.

The role emphasizes performance, people development, and process compliance, requiring a drive for results, beauty industry passion, and strong leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree is preferred.
• Cosmetology license and/or a cosmetology management license where required by state law.
• 2–3+ years of relevant, fast-paced retail management experience or similar leadership role.

Responsibilities

• Promote a culture of accountability to meet or exceed store goals for services, boutiques, retail, and loyalty.
• Drive profitability through operational excellence and top-line sales growth.
• Optimize schedules and payroll within budget and communicate needs to leadership.
• Address underperforming metrics with data-driven strategies and programs.
• Develop and maintain clientele and coach team on guest service excellence.
• Perform makeup applications and skincare analysis to drive sales and guest satisfaction.
