Qualifications

• 2–3+ years relevant, fast-paced retail management experience.
• Financial management: driving top-line sales and controlling expenses.
• Cosmetology management: services, guest experience, and product attachment.

Responsibilities

• Promote a culture of accountability to meet or exceed store goals for services, boutiques, and retail sales.
• Drive profitability through operational excellence, top-line growth and expense control.
• Schedule using forecasts and payroll budgets to optimize productivity and staffing.
• Provide coaching and development to direct reports to enhance performance and guest experience.
• Lead training and brand/product education to enable continuous sales performance.
