Job summary

Ulta Beauty is seeking an Experience Manager to lead a high-performing team of stylists, estheticians, guest coordinators, and sales leads. You will drive top-line growth across services, boutiques, and retail makeup while maintaining exceptional guest experiences and adherence to company standards.

Qualifications

• 2–3+ years relevant, fast-paced retail management work experience or other relevant work experience.
• Financial management: driving top-line sales, interpreting reporting data, managing payroll budgets, and controlling expense
• Cosmetology management: advanced competency in services, including sales, guest experience, and product attachment; knowledge of Board of Cosmetology regulations
• Retail management: ability with monitoring inventory levels, achieving operational excellence, driving a service culture, and executing merchandise directives
• Leadership management: experience with attracting, developing, and motivating top talent, guiding teams through change

Responsibilities

• Promote a culture of accountability to meet or exceed store goals related to services, boutiques, retail sales, guest loyalty, payroll, omni-channel, and shrink.
• Drive profitability through operational excellence, top-line sales growth and expense control.
• Schedule planning using forecast and payroll budgets to maximize productivity and meet payroll goals.
• Develop strategies to improve underperforming metrics in services, boutiques, and sales.
• Lead guest engagement initiatives and coach staff to deliver exceptional guest experiences.
