You will oversee stylists, estheticians, guest coordinators, and sales staff, driving Net Promoter Score and exceptional service across makeup, skincare, and boutiques. Role requires a drive for results, strong beauty industry knowledge, and ability to lead, influence, and develop a team while ensuring compliance and brand standards in a dynamic retail

Qualifications

• 2-3+ years relevant, fast-paced retail management experience.
• Finance: driving top-line sales, interpreting reports, managing payroll budgets.

Responsibilities

• Promote accountability to meet store goals in services, boutiques, and retail sales.
• Drive profitability through operational excellence and top-line growth.
• Schedule optimization to maximize productivity within payroll budget.
• Address underperforming metrics with data-driven strategies.
• Develop and coach direct reports for clienteles and performance.
• Lead makeup applications, skincare analysis, and product demonstrations.
