Job summary

Ulta Beauty is seeking an Experience Manager to lead a high-performing team of stylists, estheticians, and guest coordinators. You will oversee guest experience, services, boutiques, and retail sales while driving NPS and guest satisfaction.

The role requires strong leadership, adaptability, and a passion for the beauty industry. Responsibilities include accountability for performance, people development, and process improvements to meet annual goals.

Qualifications

• 2-3+ years retail management experience in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience driving sales, guest experience, and product attachment in cosmetics.
• Knowledge of Board of Cosmetology regulations and hiring requirements.
• Cosmetology licensing requirements as mandated by state law.

Responsibilities

• Promote accountability to meet store goals for services, boutiques, and retail.
• Drive profitability through top-line sales, payroll budgeting, and cost control.
• Schedule staff using the scheduling tool to maximize productivity within payroll constraints.
• Develop and coach the team to improve guest experience and sales performance.
• Ensure compliance with Ulta Beauty policies, dress code, and store procedures.
