Job summary

Ulta Beauty is seeking an Experience Manager (EM) to lead a skilled team of stylists, estheticians, and guest coordinators. You will drive top-line growth across salons, boutiques, and retail, while delivering exceptional guest experiences and maintaining NPS targets.

You will oversee performance, people, and processes, ensuring compliance with policies, training, and operational standards. A passion for beauty and strong leadership are essential for success in this role.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree is preferred.
• Cosmetology license and/or cosmetology management license may be required by state law.
• 2-3+ years relevant, fast-paced retail management experience or similar.
• Financial management experience: driving top-line sales, interpreting reporting data, managing payroll budgets, controlling expenses.
• Leadership experience: attracting, developing, and motivating a team and leading others.

• Promote a culture of accountability to meet store goals for services, boutiques, and retail sales.
• Drive profitability through operational excellence and top-line sales growth.
• Schedule optimization and payroll budgeting to maximize productivity.
