Ulta Beauty is seeking an Experience Manager (EM) to lead a high‑performing team delivering top‑line sales growth in retail and services. The EM oversees stylists, estheticians, guest coordinators, and managers, driving guest experience, cosmetics, services, boutiques and loyalty metrics.

The role emphasizes accountability, staff development, and execution of brand standards to sustain exceptional guest service and business performance across all channels.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 2–3+ years relevant, fast-paced retail management experience.
• Proficient with POS, Microsoft Office, and Apple devices.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Strong collaboration and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Promote a culture of accountability to meet or exceed store goals across services, boutiques, retail and loyalty.
• Drive profitability through operational excellence and top‑line sales growth.
• Schedule optimization to maximize productivity within payroll budgets.
• Develop and coach direct reports and foster staff development.
• Lead makeup, skincare, and product demonstrations to drive sales and guest experience.
• Ensure adherence to Ulta Beauty policies, procedures and standards.
