Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Cosmetology license and/or cosmetology management license where required by state law.

Responsibilities

• Lead a high-performing team of stylists, estheticians, guest coordinators, and managers to deliver top-line sales growth and exceptional guest experience across services, boutiques, and retail.
• Drive Net Promoter Score (NPS) and guest satisfaction through strong leadership and coaching.
• Ensure compliance with store policies, scheduling, inventory control, and loss prevention.
