Ulta Beauty is seeking an Experience Manager (EM) to lead a diverse team of stylists, estheticians, guest coordinators, and managers. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree is preferred.
• Cosmetology license and/or a cosmetology management license where required by state law.
• 2–3+ years relevant, fast-paced retail management work experience.
• Financial management: success with driving top-line sales, interpreting reporting data, managing payroll budgets, and controlling expense.

Responsibilities

• Lead a high-performing team to deliver top-line sales growth in retail and services.
• Drive profitability through operational excellence and expense control.
• Schedule staffing to maximize productivity and meet payroll budgets.
• Ensure guest experience, service standards, and sales goals are achieved.
• Provide coaching, training, and development to direct reports.
