Job summary

Ulta Beauty is seeking an Experience Manager to lead a dynamic team of stylists, estheticians, guest coordinators, and boutique leads. The role focuses on guest experience, retail and services performance, and achieving NPS targets in a fast-paced beauty environment.

As EM, you will develop talent, manage store operations, ensure compliance, and drive omni-channel initiatives while maintaining exceptional guest service and brand standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree is preferred.
• Cosmetology license and/or a cosmetology management license where required by state law.

Responsibilities

• Promote a culture of accountability to meet or exceed store goals for services, boutiques, retail sales, guest loyalty, payroll, omni-channel, and shrink.
• Drive profitability through operational excellence, top-line sales growth and expense control.
• Lead staffing, training, and development to build a diverse, high-performing team.
• Perform makeup applications, skincare analysis, and product demonstrations to drive sales and guest service.
