Job summary

Ulta Beauty is seeking an Experience Manager (EM) to lead a high-performing team across salon, boutiques, and retail. The EM will own guest satisfaction, NPS, and top-line sales growth, while ensuring operational excellence and adherence to company standards.

The role requires a passion for beauty, strong leadership, and the ability to develop and coach a diverse team, with a focus on guest experience and performance metrics.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred; cosmetology license or cosmetology management license where required by state law.
• 2–3+ years of fast-paced retail management experience or similar.
• Financial management: driving top-line sales and controlling expenses.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of stylists, estheticians, guest coordinators, and sales personnel to deliver exceptional guest experiences.
• Drive top-line sales growth through services, boutiques, retail and guest engagement.
• Ensure adherence to policies, procedures, and standards, including attendance and operational controls.
