Job summary

Ulta Beauty is seeking an Experience Manager (EM) to lead a team of stylists, estheticians, guest coordinators, and boutique leads, driving superior guest experiences and top-line sales across services and retail. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree is preferred
• Cosmetology license and/or a cosmetology management license where required by state law
• 2-3+ years relevant, fast-paced retail management work experience
• Financial management: driving top-line sales, interpreting reporting data, managing payroll budgets, and controlling expense
• Cosmetology management: advanced competency in services
• Retail management: experience with inventory and merchandise directives
• Leadership management: attract, develop, and motivate top talent

Responsibilities

• Lead a high-performing team delivering top-line sales growth in retail and services
• Drive guest experience to achieve high guest satisfaction and NPS metrics
• Oversee salon services, boutiques, makeup, and guest experience; ensure compliance with policies
• Manage staffing, scheduling and payroll to maximize productivity
• Provide coaching and development for direct reports and store leadership
• Ensure adherence to brand standards and loss prevention controls
• Collaborate with field leadership to communicate trends and opportunities
