Job summary

Ulta Beauty is seeking an Experience Manager (EM) to lead a high-performing team of stylists, estheticians, guest coordinators and managers. You will drive top-line sales growth across services, boutiques, makeup and retail while delivering an exceptional guest experience aligned with Ulta’s mission and values.

The EM will model Ulta Beauty’s standards, recruit and coach talent, develop processes, and ensure compliance with policies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree is preferred.
• Cosmetology license and/or a cosmetology management license where required by state law.
• 2-3+ years relevant, fast-paced retail management experience.
• Financial management: drive top-line sales, interpret reporting data, manage payroll budgets.
• Leadership: attract, develop and motivate top talent, lead and influence a team.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of stylists, estheticians, guest coordinators, and managers.
• Drive top-line sales growth across services, boutiques, makeup and retail.
• Ensure guest experience excellence and adherence to Ulta Beauty standards.
• Coach and develop associates, manage schedules and staffing, conduct performance reviews.
